Saja Boys Costumes desires each purchase to be special. If you receive an order with mistakes, we would like to assist you and ask you to consider our policies on refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

We will accept returns, provided that delivery was received 30 days or less on most refunds for unused, unworn, and unwashed items.

To qualify:

Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Due to hygiene concerns, all costumes, accessories, and intimate apparel, including masks and socks, are non-returnable.

All items purchased on final sale or clearance promotions are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item was received with damage in transit or has some manufacturing defects, please reach out to us in 7 days or less for assistance.

Please reply to this email with a clear description of the complaint and provide your order number.

We will verify and process a refund or replacement for the item. Costumes Saja Boys is confident in the quality of the products we offer. 4. We want to ensure each and every fan is proud of what they have purchased.

For certain items sold on our website, we only allow exchanges for a different size or color. To leave an exchange note please contact us prior to sending your original item.

If we run out of the item that has been requested, we will instead offer store credit or a refund.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Any clothing that has been worn or washed

Costumes for events, photoshoots or performances

Socks, hats and any other personal accessories

Items that are on final sale or clearance

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the items were damaged on arrival or we sent the wrong item. To help ensure a successful return we recommend a shipping method that provides tracking.

We will notify all customers via email once we have received your return and we will refund your account within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be sent back to the original method of payment used when the order was made.

Please note: Refunds, depending on your payment provider, may take 3 to 10 business days to process. Original shipping costs will not be refunded as well unless we issued a fault on the order.
